Our serviced office, Boston House is at the very heart of the Business Park. It’s where our management team, and 30 or so other companies base themselves. Boston House is newly refurbished with new fixtures and fittings, furniture and carpets. State of the art CAT 6 data cabling has been installed throughout. Whether you choose to use Boston House for an hour, a day a month or on a longer term, super-fast broadband, telephones and calls are included*. You’ll also get unlimited access to the communal facilities onsite like our fantastic Hub. We even cover the cost of refreshments.

Our Facilities Manager is onsite full time and keeps the park running smoothly. The price of your office includes all utilities, service charges, maintenance and repairs to the park and the building. You will have access to the Hub space, communal kitchens and breakout spaces with refreshments. An excellent Gym can be found on site with special rates for park tenants.
